Every client in their own workspace

Every client gets their own workspace with their own brand.

  • An agency starts with a conversation and a pilot, not a trial.

This is how it works for an agency: Het Creatieve Bureau sees four client workspaces in its own portal, in its own colour and with its own logo. The client Kasbloei opens its workspace, which carries the agency's logo, and signs the autumn sale itself. In the agency's overview the status changes to Signed.

How it works

  1. We talkWe look at your clients and what you want to move over.
  2. You set up your first clientsWith a template you create the workspaces, set licences and a ceiling, and set up your house style.
  3. Your clients work, you keep the overviewYou see usage and what awaits a signature, and your client signs what goes out themselves.

What it looks like

A list of workspaces for Dijkzon and Kasbloei. A new workspace is added for Ploeter.

One workspace per client

Own data, own team, own costs.

A bar with 1,240 of 2,000 credits this month and a line at the cap. The chip says Within cap.

One pot of credits with a cap

You see what has been spent and where the limit is.

A pipeline with the columns New, Quote and Won. The Familie Verhulst deal of 4,290 euros moves from Quote to Won.

Customers, deals and follow-up

A pipeline per customer, easy to oversee for the whole agency.

What you get

  • A workspace per clientEvery client has their own data, brands and team.
  • A limit for the whole agencyAn agency ceiling limits what all workspaces may spend together.
  • One licence per clientYou decide which modules a client may use.
  • Set up a client in minutesWith a template of modules and ways of working you set up a new client.

Connections

Connections you decide on

You connect, and you decide what it may do. A secret is never in a log.

A list of connections: Google, Meta, Mollie, Moneybird, WooCommerce, Shopify, WhatsApp and Webfleet. WhatsApp and Webfleet wait for you first and are then connected.

Policy

You decide what AI may do

The rules are fixed and apply to every action by the crew.

A list of rules, each with a tick: an isolated workbench, the brand gate, signing before every outward action, the audit trail and two-step verification for admins. Two bars say that all actions by the crew are recorded and that you sign risky steps.

What does it cost?

We discuss the price in the conversation

An agency licence has a package with a number of clients, seats and storage. An extra client above your package has its own price in your price list.

Why Denkploeg

Each customer gets their own workspace with the agency's logo, and the credits come from one pot with usage per customer, so you can pass costs on. We discuss agency packages in a conversation.

Source and reference date: Denkploeg (app.denkploeg.nl/voor-bureaus); GoHighLevel (www.gohighlevel.com/pricing); Metricool (metricool.com/pricing/) ().

Amounts are in the currency of the source and are not converted. Open means we could not establish it on that page, not that it is missing. Whether VAT is in an amount, we only say when the source says so. Is something wrong, or out of date? Let us know.

There is more to it

Good to know

What does it cost per client?

You pay a package price per month for a number of clients. An extra client above your package has its own price in your price list. You hear the package price in the conversation.

Can I use my own brand?

Yes, if your plan includes white-label and you switch it on under Brand and appearance: your logo and colour then sit at the top of your clients' portal, with a small Powered by Denkploeg at the bottom. If you leave it off, Denkploeg stays at the top. There is never more than one logo at the top, and a client's brand never colours the interface.

Who owns the data?

A client owns their own workspace. When leaving or moving, the agency makes an export, and the client's owner gives approval themselves. The agency cannot do that on the client's behalf.

What if I stop?

A client can go to another agency, continue independently or leave, always with an export and the client's approval. A departure can be reversed within 90 days.

Is there a trial for agencies?

No. An agency starts with a conversation and a pilot. That suits multiple clients, their own rights and a ceiling better than a trial just to look around.

Honest about what the agency platform does not do

What we do not do:

  • The platform brand does not disappear: under your agency's sign-in screen it says Powered by Denkploeg. A custom address and sender come later.
  • Invoices to agencies are for now made by hand, outside the platform.
  • What you charge your client, you invoice yourself. You enter it so your margin is right; Denkploeg does not see it.
  • No margin calculator and no partner programme. Those are planned.

Talk to us about your clients

No trial, but an honest conversation about what the platform can and cannot do for your agency.
