Getting started
Who is Denkploeg for?
For business owners and teams in the Netherlands. You pay as a business and all prices exclude VAT.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in two clicks. Your work stays readable and exportable for thirty days, and no leftover invoice follows.
Price and credits
What is a credit?
One credit is € 0.01 excl. VAT and covers all AI work: image, video and text. Beforehand you see next to every button what it costs. If an image or video fails, your credits come back.
What if my credits run out?
Then nothing new starts and you see the Buy more button. You can also turn on automatic top-up. Your monthly maximum always applies: you never spend more than you allow.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, on the plans that mention it. You then pay the provider yourself and your workspace cap still applies.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. A bigger plan starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A smaller plan starts at the next renewal.
What does an extra user cost?
€5 per month, up to the maximum number of users of your plan. Each plan says how many users are included.
How many images and videos do I get for my credits?
Image: 13 credits (Standard 2K). Video: 124 credits (8 seconds with sound). Text: 2 credits per action. An answer from your assistant (trial, without a conversation bundle): 0.4 credits. Support: a number of conversations per month is included in your plan, and then a conversation counts, not a single answer. Above that, a conversation costs 8 credits, whatever its length. It is an estimate, rounded down, if you spend all your credits on one kind. A mix is possible too. What an action costs is shown next to the button in the app.
