CRM

A CRM where your customers, deals and promises are in one place.

Relations keeps track of who your customers are, what is going on and what you promised.

  • Sign up and hear among the first when there is room
  • The demo is simply open
  • Business only, all prices excl. VAT

This is how Relaties works for Dijkzon: a customer emails to ask for a quote for a heat pump. The email becomes a deal in the pipeline and the card moves to Quote. The crew prepares a quote, you sign, and the customer agrees in their customer portal. The card moves to Won and the follow-up says you call in 3 months.

What you get from Relations

A customer file that works with you: you search, follow up and propose, and the rest of Denkploeg points to the same customer.

A pipeline with the columns New, Quote and Won. The Familie Verhulst deal of 4,290 euros moves from Quote to Won.

Customers, deals and follow-up

A deal moves to the next stage and keeps its amount.

Three proposals are ready with Waiting for you: a quote, a route and a message. You sign, and the chip becomes Signed.

What is waiting for you

Everything that goes out is with you first.

  • Quotes in your own brand

Make a quote with lines and VAT, sign it, and let the customer agree in the customer portal.

Careful with your customers' data

  • Permission per channel

A contact has a consent per channel.

  • Merging on your signature

Relations finds customers that look alike.

  • A customer looks along, without logging in

With a link that works for 7, 30 or 90 days a customer sees their appointments and files.

How to start with Relations, in three steps

  1. Take over your customers

Import a CSV file with companies, people and tags, or add a company with a chamber of commerce number. First you see a trial run.

  2. Record deals and follow-up

Drag a card to the next stage, or move it with the keyboard. Every promised action gets a day.

  3. Sign what goes out

A quote, an import or a merge is a proposal that waits for you in To sign. Only then does it go out.

The director runs it

You ask for the quote, the director prepares it, you sign.

You talk to a director. He prepares a proposal, the checks run, and nothing goes out until you sign.

Why Denkploeg

Relations puts your customers, deals and follow-up in one place, with quotes in your own brand. A job or a message elsewhere in Denkploeg points to the same customer, and nothing goes out without your signature.

Source and reference date: Denkploeg (app.denkploeg.nl/crm); Pipedrive (www.pipedrive.com/nl/pricing); Teamleader (www.teamleader.eu/nl/prijs); Zoho CRM (www.zoho.com/nl/crm/zohocrm-pricing.html) ().

Amounts are in the currency of the source and are not converted. Open means we could not establish it on that page, not that it is missing. Whether VAT is in an amount, we only say when the source says so. Is something wrong, or out of date? Let us know.

Frequently asked questions about the CRM

What is a CRM?

A CRM keeps track of who your customers are, what is going on and what you promised. In Relations that means companies and people, deals in a pipeline, follow-up and notes.

Can I import my customers?

Yes, from a CSV file with companies, people and tags. First you see a trial run that counts what is new and what overlaps. Importing waits for your signature and can be undone.

Are quotes included?

Yes. Quotes belong to Relations. You make them in your own brand, they go to the customer after your signature, and the customer agrees in the customer portal.

How does Relations handle consent?

A contact has a consent per channel (email, WhatsApp, text). It stays off until the person says yes, and the crew sends nothing through a channel that is off.

What does a CRM cost?

Relations has its own package. The price is under 'What Relations costs' on this page, from our price list.

Honest about what Relations does not do

What we do not do:

  • No invoices and no bookkeeping. A quote shows VAT for information; your accountant stays leading.
  • No message to a customer through a channel the person did not consent to.
  • No import, merge or erasure of personal data without your signature, and only by an administrator or owner.
