AI transparency

What an AI does, and what a person decides.

On Denkploeg, AI helps with almost everything. Here is what that means for you, in plain words.

When you talk to an AI

An assistant on a site made with Support Studio always says it is a virtual assistant. That notice is mandatory and cannot be switched off.

What a person decides

AI agents make proposals. High-risk actions are always carried out by a person. Whatever goes out, such as a message, an ad or a change to a site, waits for a signature, unless a client switches on the autopilot for low or medium risk actions, within a budget and per channel. A risk level comes from a person, never from an agent or text in a ticket.

Which AI models we use

For the crew and the assistants we use Anthropic by default, with our own key, paid with credits. We make images and video with Google (Gemini) and fal. An agency or Enterprise client can connect their own AI key and then chooses the provider themselves, for example Anthropic or OpenAI. We use other image and speech providers only if a client switches them on themselves.

What happens to your input

What you ask the crew goes to the chosen model. Providers that train on input or share input with partners are off by default for client material. A workspace only switches them on after a recorded choice.

Made with AI

What comes from an AI studio carries the AI label, and the provenance (provider, model and cost) is recorded with the image, also in the file itself. On our own site we show no example without that label. Our own assistant, in the app and on our site, is also an AI and says so. If you use an avatar or an image to make something that looks like a real person, place or event, you yourself disclose when publishing that it was made with AI (Article 50 of the AI Act). Do not remove the label that Denkploeg adds.

The example images and videos on this site were made with AI, among others with OpenArt. The people are invented avatars and not real people, and the brands Kasbloei, Ploeter and Dijkzon do not exist. Every example says so. The portal screens come from an invented demo workspace.

Processors and safeguards

The list of processors, their country and the safeguards for transfers outside the EU is on the Sub-processors page. If something is missing or you want to see the safeguards yourself, ask via privacy@denkploeg.nl.
