An agency is set up by Denkploeg, in one go, with a wizard. You get an invitation by email and a checklist with what still needs you. An agency only counts as set up when the checklist shows it can work.
Two ways to pay
A. Via Denkploeg. Costs and credits run through us. You buy credits at a wholesale price and pass them on to your clients. You do not need supplier accounts for image, video and voice. You get a starting pot; the first run works as soon as there are credits.
B. Own keys. You connect your own API keys (Anthropic, Gemini, ElevenLabs and more) and pay your suppliers yourself. Your clients only see your prices. You only pay Denkploeg for the package.
It can also be mixed per supplier: for example text on your own Anthropic key and image and video via us. Nothing ever silently falls back on the other source: if a supplier is on an own key and it is missing, the screen says so and no credits are deducted. What we do not resell (such as fal and OpenArt) can only run on an own key.
Your price for your client
You price per credit with a markup on our wholesale price. With model A the price cannot go below the wholesale price; the server checks that, even if someone imitates the form. With model B there is no lower limit from us: you price on your own costs, and we warn you if you go below. All amounts come from Denkploeg's rates and settings and exclude VAT.
An own Claude or Codex subscription
Off by default for every agency. Only Denkploeg turns this on, per agency, with a reason and a code, and it shows in your agency's trail. The right never gives you our key or our subscription: only your own login, which you connect yourself.
The agency starter kit: which keys
At least one AI source: a credit pot with model A, or an Anthropic or OpenAI key (or your own subscription, if that is turned on). A Gemini key for image and video is recommended. The rest is optional: ElevenLabs for voice, fal, OpenArt, and the connections with Meta and Google Ads, which your client allows in their own account. Each key shows where you create it, roughly what it costs and which studios use it. You enter your keys yourself; Denkploeg only sees the status.
The checklist
The checklist is recalculated at every visit from the actual state: is the invitation accepted, is the second step on, are keys connected and shared with your workspaces, is there a package, a pot and a ceiling. Every line has a button to the place where you do it. A blocker (such as no package or an empty pot) stops the setup from being finished; something you still have to get to waits for you.
What is not possible yet
An own storage bucket and an own server per agency are marked Coming soon: they are not ordered or created yet. Assigning credits from the pot to client workspaces comes later; the pot is currently in your agency's own workspace.
