Under Campaigns in the Marketing Studio your campaigns sit side by side, with the latest measurement per campaign: spent, revenue, ROAS and the advice. The advice is continue, warn or pause and comes from the kill rules, not from a guess. You can filter by advice and by source (manual or linked). Open a campaign for the measurement history, per moment. Above the list you see how many campaigns need attention and how many were entered by hand.
The advice to stop in time
A campaign that keeps running while the money is already gone is not a margin problem but a discipline problem. By default: after 10 euros without an add-to-cart it is a warning, after 20 euros pause, and after 30 euros without a sale also pause. If the studio knows the break-even ROAS and the campaign is below it, that is shown too. Within the attribution window (24 hours by default) a pause advice becomes a warning, because conversions sometimes arrive late.
It is advice. The studio pauses nothing at Meta or Google. You do that yourself in the ad platform.
Manual figures
A figure that was entered by hand is shown as handmatig (manual), and the advice on it is as fresh as the last time someone retyped it. That is why such a campaign carries verouderdRisico. You enter figures under Figures (see the Marketing Studio). A figure is cumulative: what has been spent since the start, not what was added.
Via MCP and the director
Reading: marketing_campagnes gives the latest measurement per campaign with the verdict, the rule that applies and verouderdRisico. marketing_killregels gives the rules themselves. Reading costs nothing and changes nothing.
Proposals that a human signs, under Approvals, with the complete content on the card:
marketing_campagne_actie_voorstellen: pause, stop, resume or raise or lower the daily budget, with a reason of 10 to 240 characters. The campaign must exist in your workspace. This is only a proposal: signing changes nothing at Meta or Google. You decide and carry it out yourself in the platform. At most three open proposals per kind.marketing_cijfers_invoeren: manual figures for a campaign. Only after your signature are they recorded, with source handmatig. A measurement is fixed; spent, revenue, sales and add-to-carts do not go down, a Meta or Google figure is never overwritten and an existing campaign keeps its name and start date.
Deliberately not: setting a campaign live, pausing it or changing a budget at an ad platform. That is R3 and does not exist in MCP, not even after a signature. Through the director the same two proposals go as a card; reading is free. Campaign names are text from outside: a client reads them as data and not as an instruction. See Connecting via MCP.
