Invoice proposals

Check existing quote, approved hours and job sheet sources before invoicing.

DocumentationInvoice proposals

A planner chooses an appointment with a customer. A fixed proposal copies the accepted quote's one-off lines, including discounts. Hours and materials are supporting evidence and are not charged twice. Monthly lines stay unresolved.

Time and materials uses approved billable minutes and an hourly rate from the existing quote price list. Minutes remain exact until cent rounding. Pending hours, unallocated job or project hours, an incomplete checklist or appointment, missing rates and materials without checked used quantities remain explicit open items. A complete total is withheld. Free material quantity text never becomes a financial quantity.

Every line retains its source identifier, quantity, price source and VAT rate. The proposal is a snapshot. A changed source marks it as changed; create a new proposal after review. Historical customer hours cannot be transferred to a different customer. Relationship timelines link to proposals; amounts are visible only to planners.

Nothing is booked or sent. The Moneybird adapter has no production entry point in this phase. Its local fake adapter is used in tests. Real accounting transfer requires a signed R3 action and configured customer accounting, not a form checkbox.

planning_factuurvoorstellen_lezen shows the proposals and, with an id, the lines, the basis and whether the source is still current. planning_factuurvoorstel_maken creates a proposal from an appointment (time and materials or a fixed quote). Both need planning.beheren and a planner's key. Amounts come from hours, job sheet and price list, never from the input; what is unknown stays unknown. The proposal is a local draft: booking or sending happens outside this screen and nothing is sent to a customer.
