Sometimes you cannot start a trial straight away, and you sign up on /aanmelden instead. That happens in three cases:
This screen is also available in Dutch at /aanmelden. Both addresses are noindex: they are for visitors, not for a search engine.
- We are full during the alpha test. For now Denkploeg deliberately does not let everyone in at once, so that we can help every new customer well. Platform management switches this on and off.
- We are full this month. The number of free trials per month has been reached. As soon as a new month begins, or the number goes up, it opens again by itself.
- We are full today. A lot of trials were started today already. Tomorrow it may work again.
Wherever you would otherwise start a trial (the buttons on the site, the pricing page, the pages of the solutions, the demo) it says "Request early access". The demo itself always stays open: you can simply look around in an example workspace.
What we ask
Your name, your email address, your company name, your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number (also as a self-employed professional: Denkploeg is for businesses) and what you are: self-employed or freelancer, company, agency or something else. That is all we need. Under "Tell us more" you find the rest, all optional: which studios you want to use, your website, for an agency how many clients you work for, and in a few sentences what you want to solve (at most 600 characters). That tells us who we are building Denkploeg for and who we invite first.
The tick box for the Denkploeg newsletter is off. Only if you tick it yourself do you end up on that list.
Confirming
After sending you get an email with a button to confirm your sign-up. Only then are you on the list; without confirmation nothing happens and we erase your details after fourteen days. The screen always says "check your email", even if your address was already on the list: that way nobody from outside can see who is on the list. If your address is already there, we only send an email saying so, and change nothing.
We do not promise a date. You will hear from us among the first.
Your invitation
When there is room, we send you an email with a personal link. The link works for fourteen days and once, only for the email address you signed up with, and always takes precedence: even if we are full at that moment, you can start your trial with it. Sometimes a discount code comes with it; it is in the email and you enter it when you choose a plan. After that it goes like an ordinary trial: you confirm your address, choose a password and your workspace is ready. Do not share the link: nobody else can do anything with it.
Your data
We only use your details to invite you and keep you posted, and to understand who wants to use Denkploeg. After you confirm, we also add your company and your name to our own customer overview, so we can get in touch; this does not put you on the newsletter. Anyone who does not confirm is erased after fourteen days; anyone who confirms, after eighteen months without a change. With the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email you erase everything with one click, including your name and address in that customer overview; only an encrypted marker of your address remains, so that we do not email you again. The email records with your address go too. After unsubscribing you cannot sign up again for the first thirty days, so that nobody can have you emailed again with your address. Erasure on request is also possible via privacy@denkploeg.nl. More is in the privacy statement.
If it does not work
With too many attempts from one network the form asks you to wait a moment. Before sending, your browser does a short check at Cloudflare (Turnstile) to see that you are a person: without cookies and without a puzzle. If it fails, reload the page.
