Your own profile photo

How to set, replace or remove a photo of yourself, who sees it and what happens to the file.

DocumentationYour own profile photo

Under My account you will find the Your photo panel. That is where you set a photo of yourself. It appears wherever your name appears: top right of the screen, in the list of people of your agency and of your workspace, on an item assigned to you, on a relation you own, on a decision you signed and in the history. Without a photo you see your initials, as before.

Setting, replacing and removing

Drag a photo onto the box or click it, and choose Save photo. A JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB. Any other kind of file (an SVG, a GIF, a PDF) is refused, even with a photo extension: we look at what is inside the file and not at its name. Delete photo removes it and erases the file for real. A new photo replaces the old one, and the old one is gone from our disk too.

What we do with your photo

  • We crop it square and keep two small versions (256 and 64 pixels). What you uploaded is not kept.
  • All data in the file is removed: where the photo was taken, the camera model and the time.
  • Your photo belongs to you and not to a workspace, so you cannot set a different one per client.

Who sees it

Only the people who already work with you: colleagues in the same workspace or the same agency (and the owners and administrators of the agency above a workspace you are in). Everyone else sees your initials. Platform administrators can see all photos.

An inappropriate photo

Only you set your photo. An owner of your agency can delete an inappropriate photo of someone in the agency (under People, in that person's panel). Platform administrators can too, with a reason that appears in the agency's history. The person keeps their account and can set another photo.
