The legal texts of Denkploeg are not part of this documentation. They have their own pages, which you can read without signing in, even if you are not a customer. Each page has a table of contents, a version and the date of the last change.

Frequently asked: can Denkploeg look into my workspace?
Only someone who chooses to, with a reason and a code from their own app, and always visibly to you. A platform administrator chooses between looking in (read only) and intervening (everything an owner may do), 60 minutes each. You see it in the bar at the top, in your History with the reason, and everything they do is marked via the platform. See The bar at the top of a workspace.
Frequently asked: what does "who is viewing" share?
On an item or board in Planning Studio you see the faces of colleagues who are on the same page. Only this is shared: your name, your photo, whether you are viewing or editing, and whether you are active or briefly away. It sits in server memory for at most 30 seconds and is stored or logged nowhere: no history, no counter, no audit line per visit. You only see people from your own workspace who may see the same page. You cannot turn it off, so you always know who is looking along; a platform admin looking into a workspace shows here as long as the page is open, as the label Platform with the reason and without a name; the bar at the top remains the gate.
This is version 1.0 of 18 October 2026. A lawyer is reviewing the texts; a change gets a new version number and date, and we announce visible changes in advance as the terms describe.
