Price list and licences

Which package your agency has, how your price list works with the agency discount as the only discount, how a licence per client decides which modules may be on and what you charge your own client.

DocumentationPrice list and licences

Under Price list and licences on Agency (/agency/<your-agency>/pricing) you see what you pay Denkploeg per month and what each client may do. The screen is for the owner and administrators; the owner makes changes.

Packages

An agency has a package with a number of clients, seats and storage. Start and Growth have a price per month; ALL IN is on request. The amounts and prices are configuration and can change; the seller is Denkploeg. Invoices to agencies are done by hand for now, outside Denkploeg. An extra client above your package has its own price in your price list.

The price list

The platform sets a price list per agency, with the agency discount as the only discount: there are no stacked discounts. A price list never changes. A change is a new price list from the first of next month, and the platform signs it with a code.

A licence per client

Every client workspace has a licence: which package, in which status (trial, active or stopped) and which modules belong to it. A module is only on when the licence covers it. A client without a recorded licence is not restricted.

Changing a licence costs money and takes effect now. That is why it is a proposal that the owner signs with a code in the agency's own workspace; nothing changes before it is signed. A trial has no price and an end date. On a change the modules of the new package go on and the rest go off; the work floor stays.

Your price to the client

What you charge a client you invoice yourself. You enter it under Usage, so your margin is right. Only your agency sees this; the platform does not.

Update 22 October 2026

The agency price list and each client workspace licence are separated. A single side panel edits a licence through the existing signed proposal flow.
