Google Drive

Use selected Drive files and explicitly save exports to a folder.

DocumentationGoogle Drive

Open Connections > Services, choose Google Drive and connect with Google. You need connection management permissions. The connection belongs to this workspace; agencies cannot share it with other clients.

Denkploeg can access files you select in Google's file picker and files it creates for you. It cannot read your entire Drive. Google documents are imported as PDF. Each file may be up to 25 MB.

Use Choose from Google Drive in the brand book import, brand additions or media library. The selected file replaces the current file selection. You still need to click the normal read or save button. File type, permission and brand proposal checks remain in place.

Under Support > Knowledge, choose a PDF, DOCX or Google document and confirm Add to knowledge. The document worker reads it in the file sandbox. Only successfully extracted text becomes knowledge for the selected assistant. Documents are not refreshed automatically. A new import creates a separate source; remove the old source if you want to replace it.

For a logo package or a Statistics CSV export in Expert mode, choose a Drive folder. Only Save to Google Drive creates a new file there. Existing files are kept. After an error or timeout, check Drive before saving again: the file may already be there.

Remove under Connections revokes local Drive access. You must reconnect to use it again. You can also revoke permission at Google. If Drive is not ready, your administrator must configure the Google app first.

App folder and backups

Use Picker to select a parent folder. Denkploeg creates a workspace-marked subfolder and saves uploads and ZIP backups there. An existing app folder is reused; ambiguous folders stop the export. Existing files stay unchanged. After a failure, check Drive before exporting again. Restoring and downloading start with a file you select in Picker and retain the existing content checks. Trials without authorization cannot export.
