Under Usage on Agency (/agency/<your-agency>/usage) you see what all the client workspaces of your agency cost together. The screen is for owners and administrators. These are the costs suppliers charge (models, images, other services), not an invoice to your client. The usage of one client workspace with all details is on Usage and costs.
The figures at the top
- This month so far, with how much more or less that is than on the same days last month.
- Last month, as a comparison.
- Forecast: the average of the days with measurements, times the days of the month, with a range. If fewer than five days were measured there is no amount but Not known yet: unknown is not zero.
- Agency cap with a meter: what has been spent, what the pace will still add and the threshold of 80 percent at which you get a notification.
The cap
A cap is a limit set in advance, not an emergency brake: a running turn is finished, after that no new runs start. Without a cap nothing stops by itself. Lowering it is always allowed. Raising or removing it asks for the code from your app, because letting more money be spent must not happen through a stolen session. The cap cannot be lower than what has already been spent this month, and is at least 50 euros. Every change is in the History.
A new agency starts with a cap of 50 euros per month. It counts for all the agency's workspaces together, your own workspace included. Want more or less? Set it yourself: open Usage, choose Change the cap under Agency cap, enter the amount and save (with the code from your app when raising it). The agency owner can do this.
The chart, per source and per client
The chart shows usage per day (built up from models, images and other) or cumulative over the month, with the cap and last month's total as a line. A day without a measurement is left empty. Show as table shows the same figures as a table. Per source shows where the money goes; calls on a subscription are shown separately, because they cost nothing per question. Per client workspace shows usage with a small bar for the breakdown and a trend compared with the same days last month. Click a column heading to sort.
What you charge
In the same table you fill in per client workspace what you charge them per month. Your margin follows: what you charge minus what it cost. Setting the amount needs the rates permission, and only the agency sees it; a reader or client sees no costs. If nothing is filled in the margin is unknown, not zero.
The exchange rate
Model costs come in in dollars and are shown here in euros. The rate and its date are under the table. If there is no current rate a fixed rate is used and the line says so.
Exporting
Export gives a csv per client workspace, per day or with all lines, for the current or the last month. The export is recorded in the History.
The tour
The question mark at the bottom right opens a short tour of this screen.
Update 22 October 2026
Internal workspaces show supplier costs and the recorded customer equivalent, without a credit balance or purchase controls. Internal purchases and automatic top-ups are also blocked server-side. Customer workspaces retain their credit flow.
