Reviewing a batch

Choosing what does not go through, the signature that sends the rest to delivery, and archiving a campaign.

DocumentationReviewing a batch

After making, you judge a batch on Review. The brand gate has already removed the clearly bad; what remains you look at with human eyes. You only pick the deviations and give each a reason from a fixed list (colour, unreadable text, wrong logo, mood, product, message, a missing brand rule, a forbidden term or taste). Those reasons teach the gate and the prompts; taste teaches nowhere, so a personal preference does not pollute the tuning.

One signature

You sign once for the whole batch: what you rejected does not go along, everything else is approved and goes to delivery. Until you sign, nothing changes. Only with the right to decide can you sign. If a new version of a creative appears after your review, it has to be reviewed again before a delivery is complete.

Archiving a campaign

A campaign that is finished can be archived: it leaves the lists. Batches, images and delivery stay stored and reachable by their address.

Via MCP and the director

An agent can read a batch with creative_review_lezen: the variants, whether they can be reviewed, what the gate said, earlier judgments and the list of reasons. The texts of the ads and the notes are under onvertrouwd; the agent reads them as data.

  • A proposal that a human signs: creative_review_beslissen records a review. The key needs the right to decide for this, and whoever signs gives a code. Variants that already have a decision and batches that were already delivered get no card, and a decision a person makes between the proposal and the signature is not overwritten. A key also cannot review a batch directly: the review routes are only for a person on the screen. The card under Approvals shows every variant with its decision: what is rejected with reason and note, and what is approved and then goes to delivery. Nothing changes until someone signs, even with a key that has every right; if the batch changes in the meantime (a new variant), nothing is approved. A review prepares variants and delivers nothing: delivering stays a separate step.
  • creative_campaign_archive proposes archiving a campaign. That too is a card that a human signs.
  • The agent asks for the outcome of every proposal with creative_voorstel_stand: wacht-op-handtekening, uitgevoerd, afgewezen, verlopen, geweigerd or mislukt.
