What each screen in the left sidebar is, and what you do there. The path is included, so you know where you are when you see the address.
Workspace
- Overview (
/w/<werkruimte>): what is waiting for someone, what is left lying around and what it costs this month. If you don't know where to be, start here. - Approvals (
/approvals): proposals from the crew waiting for a signature. Nothing goes outside until you sign. - The director (
/chat): the conversation with the crew. Ask in plain language what needs to happen; the director sets work in motion with the right agent.
Studios
Every studio is an application of its own with the same login. The rail on the left changes with the studio you are in. See The studios for what each promises.
- Creative Studio: make ads and single images in your brand style. Campaigns (
/campaigns), Review (/review) to review a batch in one go, Create (/maak: image, video and UGC on one screen, what you add stays when you switch), UGC videos and the Media library. You start a new campaign with the button on Campaigns. - Brand Studio (
/design): the brand itself. Brands is the overview with your own brand and client brands, with the New brand button to start the brand journey from logo and site, Review (/design/controle) checks a document, a website (also with a password) or a Figma frame, and Edit image updates an image. Under that, per brand, are the steps Choices, Colours, Typography, Logos, Brand guide, Deliver and Tokens, plus Logo, Collaborate (sharing with clients), Proof and Briefing. At the top is Check against to choose a brand. See Brand Studio. - Avatar Studio (
/avatars): fixed faces for your brand, with their views. You start a new avatar with the button on Avatars. - Video Studio: Create video for a single clip, and My videos with the editor for each video (including Voice-over,
/<video>/spraak) and delivery. See Video Studio. - Marketing Studio: Overview, Campaigns, Ad Spy (
/adspy) with Saved ads (/adspy/borden), Ad performance (/creatives), Enter figures (/measure) and Margin (/margin). See Marketing Studio. - Commerce Studio: Overview, Products (
/products, with your shop connection) and Check images (/asset-check). See Commerce Studio. - Website Studio (
/site): Your websites as tiles per brand, with per site a breadcrumb and the screens Pages, Review, Publications, Messages, Newsletter, Cookies and Domains. See Website Studio. - Support (
/support): virtual assistants on your own site. See Support Studio. In the rail are: - Overview (
/support/dashboard): the last thirty days per assistant, with costs. - Monthly report (
/support/monthly-report): a calendar month per assistant: conversations per channel, what it resolved, handovers, unanswered questions, confirmed suggestions and the score per source. - Assistants (
/support): create one and get the line for your site. - Knowledge (
/support/knowledge): sitemap, FAQ page, your own questions, suggestions, and a feed or push for a portal behind a login. Only with the right to manage. - Live chat (
/support/conversations?filter=live): conversations running right now, to take over. With a counter. - Conversations (
/support/conversations): what visitors asked, and exporting or erasing the data of one visitor. - Unanswered (
/support/conversations?filter=unanswered): questions the assistant had no answer to. With a counter. - Settings (
/support/settings): appearance, behaviour, caps, handover and the live preview with test chat. Only with the right to manage. - Domain check (Management) (
/domeincheck): check a domain: hosting, DNS, email and certificate.
Work and crew
In the rail these four screens sit behind one expander, Crew and jobs. It stays closed until you are on one of those screens.
- Office (
/office): the work floor live: who is working on what. - The crew (
/crew): the agents of this workspace and what each may do without a signature. - Jobs (
/jobs): the queue: what is waiting, what is running and what has failed. - Playbooks (
/playbooks): how work is done here, written down and assigned to agents. - Activity (
/activity): tabs Conversations and spending, and Who did what. The latter follows your audit permissions. If a platform administrator looks in on your workspace (support), it is listed there with their name and a reason, for 60 minutes from the first time. That way you always see who has been.
Admin
- Access (
/access): who may enter this workspace and with which role. - Brand profile (
/brand): colours, typefaces, logos and tone of the brand. Everything the crew makes is checked against it. - Connections (
/connections): AI models, Services, Measure, Channels and Denkploeg in Claude. Connect a service once for all studios. - Usage (
/usage): spending, model selection, monthly cap and emergency stop. - Invoices (
/facturen): your invoices from Denkploeg per year, with the pdf. Only for the owner and administrators. - Automations (
/automations): recurring workflows and their start conditions. - Settings (
/settings): workspace name, language, currency, advertising languages, notifications and automatic work.
Agency and platform
Outside a workspace there are two more places.
- Bureau (
/agency/<bureau>): for an agency that serves several clients. Overview, Clients with Set up per client (name, status, modules), People, Usage, Brand and appearance, Client messages, Settings, Activity and Connections. You see the screens your role may use. See Agency and workspaces. - Platform administration (
/platform,/admin): only for administrators of Denkploeg. Under/platform/supportis the Denkploeg assistant that helps at the bottom right of the portal and the studios, with a button to read the documentation again and the list of what people searched for without finding anything. An ordinary user doesn't see this.
The Denkploeg assistant
At the bottom right of your workspace, the studios and your agency is the Denkploeg assistant. It knows which workspace or agency you are in, with which role and which modules are switched on, and it knows every screen of Denkploeg. Ask where something is on your screen and it lights it up, the same way a tour does; on a phone the window closes for a moment so you can see it. It only helps with Denkploeg and your own workspace or agency: it says nothing about other topics, other workspaces, agencies or clients. It cannot change anything. Ask about the state of things and it looks with your own rights: the costs, the connections, what waits for a signature, and in numbers today's appointments, the follow-ups and sales in Relations and the staff. It never names people, salaries or other personal data; those stay in the screen.
