Seats and storage of your agency

How many people and how much storage your agency uses against your package, what a seat is, when you get a notice and how you ask for extra room or clean up intermediate renders.

DocumentationSeats and storage of your agency

Under Seats and storage on Agency (/agency/<your-agency>/seats) you see what your agency uses against your package. The screen is for the owner and administrators; only the owner asks for extra room.

Seats

A seat is a person, and a person counts once per agency, even if they work in five clients. These count:

  • the members of the agency,
  • anyone who is owner, administrator or maker in a client of the agency,
  • anyone with an open invitation that has an agency role.

Clients who look along, relations in the client portal and readers do not count. Field staff will get their own, cheaper seat later. If the agency is full, nobody else can be invited or added, not even as owner, administrator or maker in a client; a reader or client can. Someone who already has a seat can still get a role.

Storage

Storage is a shared pot for all your clients. A file counts once, even if more clients use it. At 80 percent you get a notice, once per threshold. If the pot is full, new uploads wait; existing files stay.

Cleaning up. The screen shows intermediate renders older than 14 days that nothing points to anymore. That is a proposal: nothing is removed until the owner or an administrator signs it in the agency's own workspace, and then only what is still unused at that moment. Deliveries always stay.

Asking for extra room

At the bottom you ask for extra seats or extra storage, with a number and a note. The platform sets it up and handles it by hand; invoices to agencies go outside Denkploeg for now.

No package

An agency that has not chosen a package yet has no limits. Denkploeg chooses the package with you. The packages and their amounts are in Price list and licences.

Update 22 October 2026

Seats shows the agency capacity and a request for additional people or storage. Internal agencies are clearly labelled and have no package or invoices.
