The crew is a team of specialists. You talk to the director, and he picks who does the work. You do not have to set anything up yourself.
Who works for you
The The crew screen shows a calm list: per specialist one sentence about what he does and a button to switch him on or off. The director is always on. If you want to see more (tools, costs, instructions) switch on the expert view.
What is ready automatically
Switch a module on, or have it in your package, and the agents that belong to it are added: for example an SEO agent with Website Studio, a social planner with Social Media Studio and a shop agent with Commerce Studio. An agent that is already there, even one you changed or switched off, stays as it is. An agency can switch this off under Settings, New client workspaces, Set up the crew automatically.
Some agents come with working methods (skills), written-down expertise. Only a method that a person has read and signed is included. If a method is not ready yet, you see that on the agent instead of nothing happening silently.
Adding an agent yourself
Under Advanced you find New agent. You first choose an example (with an explanation of what he does and when you use him) or start empty. The form is prefilled and you change what you like. With Add all agents for my modules you set up everything that is still missing in one go.
You can only narrow tools, never widen them: what you enter is compared with what the platform allows, and the smallest wins. What goes outside is after approval: you first see the proposal and decide. You cannot remove the director; an agent from the base crew only after an extra warning.
Via MCP and the director
The director can do in Planning, Relations, Leads, Employees, Support, Marketing and Commerce what you do in those screens, and no more: he works under your role in the workspace. If you do not have a right, he does not get the tool either. It is the same list of tools as the MCP connection, so what an outside agent can do, the director can do too, and the other way round.
He looks things up freely. A new task on your own board too. Anything else that changes something, costs money or goes outside he puts up as a proposal: you sign it in the conversation or under To sign, and only then does it happen. If an address or email address is in it, you see that first. Text that people have put in an appointment, task or relation he reads as data and never as an instruction.
