Under History on Agency (/agency/<your-agency>/activity) you read what happened: who did what, when and in which client workspace, as a sentence. The screen is for those who may see agency members (the owner and the administrators).
How to read it
- Every event is a sentence with names, under the day it happened. "Marloes Brandt created client workspace Ploeter." A name that no longer exists shows as "a deleted client workspace" or "a deleted account", never as a number. The crew and the system appear by name. A secret is never shown, only the name of a key.
- Each kind has its own icon and tint: Access, Client workspaces, Money, Connections, Brand, Messages and Security. Colour is never the only sign.
- The name of a client workspace is a link to that client workspace, if you have access to it.
- Click a row for a drawer with the details. If the platform looked in with break-glass, that stands out and the client sees it too.
Filtering and searching
With the chips you choose a kind (with the count), with the list the period: the last 7 or 30 days, or everything. In the search field you search the sentences and the action codes. Show earlier events loads the next part; the trail does not shift under you when something is added. The sentences follow the interface language. Choose Dutch or English in Export for the download; your filters stay unchanged.
Simple and Expert
Simple shows the sentence. Expert adds the action code, the ids and the raw data, also in the drawer, with a button to copy them as JSON. An IP address only appears shortened.
What the History is not
The trail itself (the database) remains the source and does not change: the sentences are made when shown. An action that has no sentence of its own yet appears as "Something was updated", with the action code in Expert.
Exporting
With Export you get the history as csv (semicolon as separator, with accents that display correctly in Excel): when, kind, the sentence, who, the client workspace and the action code, with the same filters as the screen. The raw data and IP addresses are not in it, and at most 10,000 rows. An export leaves the administration and is itself in the history.
Platform administration sees the same History over all agencies at /admin/spoor, with the agency added. The same sentences also appear in a client workspace itself, under History, tab Who did what, for anyone who may read that workspace's trail.
Break-glass email to other platform administrators includes the actor, workspace or agency, time and reason. The confirmed actor receives no email about their own action; it remains visible in notifications and the audit trail.
If the break-glass details cannot be confirmed, all active platform administrators receive the alert with the message "Breekglasdetail niet te bevestigen" (break-glass details could not be confirmed). This also applies when the audit details cannot be retrieved. Only a confirmed actor is excluded from the recipients; free-form alert text is never treated as confirmed detail.
Recent Planning, Google, WhatsApp, installation assistance and assistant events have their own readable description. Unknown and partial outcomes remain explicit; free-form log details do not appear in these descriptions.
